• Effectively implementing the management system established in accordance with the TS EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard with the participation of all employees, and providing testing and/or laboratory services using nationally and internationally recognized methods and standards.
• Establishing a professional working environment within the quality management system, maximizing customer satisfaction by ensuring service quality, reliability, worldwide acceptance of the results produced by our testing laboratory, and adherence to the principles of honesty and impartiality, while setting an example for other laboratories operating in the same field.
• Ensuring that laboratory personnel understand the requirements of the TS EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard and requiring them to consistently perform their duties in accordance with quality documentation, including policies, procedures, and instructions.
• Complying with the TS EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard and continuously improving the effectiveness of the management system.
