A.Ş., acting as the data controller, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, to provide detailed explanations and information regarding the processing of your personal data. 2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data belonging to the categories of “identity, contact information, personnel records, professional experience, visual and audio recordings, and health”, processed during the job application process for the purpose of establishing an employment relationship with our Company, are processed solely for the following purposes:

  • Conducting job application and interview processes,
  • Evaluating your suitability for the targeted position,
  • Contacting you to provide information about the application and recruitment process, arrange additional interviews when necessary, or communicate a job offer,
  • Carrying out preparations related to employment placement and transferring the necessary information to your personnel file,
  • Obtaining information and documents regarding a possible disability and carrying out the necessary verification procedures,
  • Evaluating your application for suitable positions that may become available in the future if your job interview results in a negative outcome,

Your personal data are shared with our group companies for the purpose of enabling you to be considered for employment opportunities within those companies.

4. Method of Collection and Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data

Your personal data are collected through information entered when applying to our Company via human resources recruitment portals and through information provided in physical job application forms. Your personal data are processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5/2 (c), (d), and (f) of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, namely: “the processing of personal data belonging to the parties to a contract is necessary, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract; the personal data have been made public by the data subject; processing is necessary for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations; and processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.” In the event of a possible disability, your personal data within the health category, limited strictly to the information that must be processed for obtaining the necessary information and documents and carrying out verification procedures, are processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 6/3 (d) and (f) of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, namely: “processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right” and “processing is necessary for the fulfillment of legal obligations in the fields of employment, occupational health and safety, social security, social services, and social assistance.”

You may submit your requests within the scope of Article 11 of the Law, which regulates the rights of data subjects, in accordance with the “Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller”, either in writing to our Company's registered office at “Çınarlı Mh.
