This privacy notice has been prepared in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) in order to provide a detailed explanation and information on the processing of your personal data by Vansan Makina San. Tic. A.Ş., acting as the data controller. 2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Camera footage records falling within the “physical premises security” category, processed in our company’s common areas and workplaces, are processed on a limited basis for the purpose of identifying possible adverse incidents, carrying out security checks, and remedying breaches.

3. Transfer of Personal Data

Such personal data may be shared, where lawfully requested so that it can be used as evidence in a possible legal dispute or proceedings, with judicial authorities, our attorneys, civilian administrative authorities (in particular the governor’s office), law enforcement authorities, and our group companies, as the data is managed through a shared system.

4. Method of Collection and Legal Basis

The personal data described above is collected by electronic means through camera devices marked with a camera icon, and is processed on the legal ground set out in Article 5(2)(f) of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, namely that “processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that such processing does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.”
